Your amazing day begins when you meet your guide and board your Ford Excursion SUV. From Skagway we'll travel up the Klondike Highway, paralleling much of the original 1898 White Pass Trail, to the summit and beyond. Enjoy one of the most scenic highways in North America, as we change climate zones and scenery from rainforest to subarctic alpine tundra to Boreal forest to the Carcross desert that's affectionately known as the world's smallest. Included is the gorgeous green Emerald Lake. Great scenery greets us around every turn, including waterfalls, glaciers, icy blue lakes, mile-high mountains and true wilderness. Watch for wildlife along the way - bears, moose, caribou, Dall sheep and Mountain goats.
For the day's highlight we'll travel up a rugged mountain road to Jubilee Mountain for top of the world panoramic views. This is a small, personalized tour with a maximum of 6-7 passengers per luxury SUV, allowing for plenty of interaction with your experienced guide. Lunch and drinks are included.
